Group Rates are available upon request.
Maine State Tax will be applied to all rates. A deposit of one day's
rate is required to confirm reservations. Deposit is applicable to the
last day of the reservation and will be refunded except for a service charge
of $20 if reservations are cancelled at least 14 days prior to planned
arrival.
